Wins for the Week 4/25

If you’ve ever used any of the painting tapes before, you’ve probably noticed that they aren’t totally perfect.

The real answer is infinitely. It’s infinitely interesting to some people, and as much as I love a good wham bam before and after, I have to admit that I love the long, painful drawn-out before and afters so much more.

Wins for the Week 4/25

There’s a real life going on there. There’s a story..The story here is the power of 15 minutes.

Wins for the Week 4/25

Or sometimes 5 minutes.. About a week ago, I stopped trying and hoping to find big chunks of time to be a real serious DIYer and started just grabbing a brush and a yogurt container full of paint for just a few minutes every day, or every second day. It’s part of my whole finding balance thing and not letting one thing totally take over my time.

Wins for the Week 4/25

Even doing something for 5 minutes a week is a billion times better than doing nothing at all.. And once I started just doing a teeny tiny bit each day, that’s when the progress really seemed to start picking up..

The progress and the fact that the hall just keeps looking prettier and prettier every day is like a perfect little gift I get to open every day.I’m so excited to be participating in the Canadian Bloggers’ Home Tour once again this Christmas.

If you’re new around these parts, I hope you enjoy your visit! If you’re a long-time reader, well I hope you enjoy your visit too!.

I had a little bit more time to make some holiday festiveness happen around the house this year, so I’m really happy with the little touches I’ve added, although everything was totally easy-peasy as always!.I’ll keep the chit-chat to a minimum so you can just enjoy the ambiance.
